Delivery & Returns
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Shipping and Handling
All items on our website include FREE Postage and packing.(UK Mainland)
Although we offer Free UK shipping(mainland only) please note that certain restrictions do apply to the extremities of Scotland, and some areas of Wales. Postcodes DG,KA,PA,KW,PH19-40,PH50,ZE,HS and IV - please contact us before placing the order so we can get a quote for delivery.- Please be aware we can no longer ship products to Ireland (north & South) due to courier problems with insurance.
We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - although we may verify this just before shipping.
All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery.
For security purposes a signature is required to confirm receipt of delivery. If this is not possible, a notice will be left stating that an attempt was made to deliver your goods with a contact number in order for you to arrange another delivery time. Please note added cost may be incurred should another attempt fail.
Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 28 days for delivery.
Our products are extremely well packaged in order to withstand the delivery process. We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and inform us immediately of any damage or defects, the delivery driver will be happy to wait whilst you inspect the goods. In the event that the goods you receive have been damaged during transit or have any abnormal defects, you must make a note on the delivery sheet that the courier gives you to sign. Failure to do so may mean we will be unable to replce your order. We will endeavour to replace goods (to the exact specification of the original order) damaged in transit at your earliest convenience. Your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
We do rely on a third party courier service to perform the completion of our 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our courier companies continuously.
There may be an occasion when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived within the projected time frame. Please note we cannot bear responsibility for such circumstances but we will always do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns of bespoke made to order products.
If you wish to return your purchase of a stock item(not made to order bepoke) because it is simply not what you require or you misread the description and not because of any product fault, you must inform us of this within seven (7) days of receipt of your goods. After this time period we are under no legal obligation to accept the return of your mirror. Please note: If free postage was applied then the initial cost of postage and packaging to send you the goods will not be refunded in these circumstances. The customer will also be responsible for returning the product in the original packaging by recorded delivery and for all return shipment charges.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds-if damged or faulty
In the event of faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the goods and packaging until we receive it. Shoespin withhold the right to refund if the goods are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging. We are happy assist with the arrangement of returned goods where possible.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
